State of Ala try again to close abortion clinics.

BIRMINGHAM, ALA. — Alabama health regulators have tried since 2012 to shut Associate in Nursing abortion clinic that was cited for rampant health violations.

Now, a choose has set a hearing for Monday on whether or not the power will stay open.

Officials say a lady with deep ties to abortion clinics, Diane Derzis, is taking part in a legal shell to stay the middle open.

Derzis Associate in Nursingd an associate own the Birmingham building. They in agreement last year to surrender their license when being cited for violations together with inadequate patient care.

Now Derzis argues the building isn't her abortion clinic however a doctor's workplace. She says she has nothing to try to to lawfully with a Dr. World Health Organization rents from her and performs abortions there.

Separately, Derzis is fighting laws in Mississippi and Virginia that would stop working her clinics there.
