WEST NILE VIRUS FOUND IN LAMBTON.

The Lambton County Health Unit reports a dead crow found in Gregorian calendar month, south of Sarnia, has tested positive for the West Nile River virus.

This is the primary positive lead to the county this year.

The dead crow was found June 21.

The unit advises folks to use repellants containing DEET, wear protecting, lightweight colored covering and take precautions throughout dawn and evenfall once two-winged insects activity is at is highest to shield themselves from mosquitoes.
